  Standard Thai fare. Excellent food quality with fresh, flavorful ingredients and it is obvious that much care is put into the presentation of your meal. The food is colorfully and tastefully arranged, and I really like the metal bowls that the dishes are served in as well as the cone of rice that comes on the side. The loose-leaf jasmine tea is outstanding.
  The only downsides to note are that the portion sizes are a bit small, and the meals or lunch specials cost $3 extra if you want something other than chicken or tofu. If you like your food as spicy as I do, you need to emphasize this when you place your order or it will not be as hot as you would probably expect it to be.
  The restaurant is very clean and elegantly decorated. The Owner and staff are very accommodating and are sweet as can be. Leaps and bounds better than Thai Red Chillies, which was the previous restaurant in its location. Simply Thai has the potential to be the best Thai restaurant in the western Suffolk / eastern Nassau area, and I wish them nothing but success. Recommended.
