  Upon first impression the place is outdated, messy and smelled like a cigarette. Last time I checked you can't smoke indoors in NYS but I guess this place does not care. Almost every station was dirty or dusty and had twenty products all over and I didn't see any of those tubes with the cleaner for the combs, god knows last time those were rid of fungus and other customers dead skin and hair. Between my shampoo and my cut I was there less than twenty minutes and it cost $25 without a blowout. Every place includes the blowout now, it's so tacky not to. This place should add a blowout to the price and not raise the price. I mean those stylists are looking for a tip but it kills me to tip you a reasonable $5 for your twenty minutes of work and on top of that I have to leave with a wet head because this places thinks five minutes to blow-dry requires me paying more. But I did give it three stars as I was pleased with my fifteen minute or less cut but it was nothing fancy or worth $30 due to my adding a tip. I am a student ad I know older people judge when 'kids' don't tip but this kid pays attention to the services provided.
